Registrations for all programs and tournaments will be online registration ONLY. Deadline to register for Player is Sept 10th

MMHA Player Registrations will again be done through the Hockey Canada Registry
 
You will need to create an account with Spordle-- Hockey Canada Registry if you are new to hockey.

All parents must create an account and will then have to
“add/link a participant” (players) by either…
a.  searching for them if they have played hockey in the past
b. create a new player profile if new to hockey
 *****If you are a returning bench staff or official—you will already
have a Spordle--Hockey Canada account. *****
 
NOTE: Your account can have more than one participant and
yourself as an official and/ or bench staff.
 Please remember the registration deadline is Sept 10th

 
These are fees collected and paid out to your assigned team on your behalf once teams are in place for the season and the team has been registered with Hockey SK. Any additional funds a team requires shall be collected separately by the team.
  • Teams will be selected no sooner than October 1st.  You will be notified by your team’s coach.
  • Teams will first take to the ice Oct 19th weekend, with the exception of the AA teams.
--Initiation Program -- Players must be 5 or 6 years old by Dec 31st of the current year.
Included in the U7 Registration fee is a “Basic Skating Program” held on
Sunday mornings
(Basic Skating will be pending on ice availability).

 MMHA Programs that are also taking registrations… 
--Pre-Season Skate
– Once a week for 5 weeks starting Sept 16th
-- Open to 2nd year U7, U9, U11 & U13 male & female
-- No first-time skaters please
--$75 if registered before Sept 16th, then $100 starting Sept 17th
 
-- Learn to Play-- A Learn to Play Hockey program for ages 4, 5, 6 or 7 years old by Oct 1st
 Participants must come with full equipment where the focus will be on
 basic skating skills and puck-handling skills.
Session1 (Oct-Dec) Thursdays 6:15-7:00 starting Oct 17th  
                (Possible option of a 2nd session Jan-Mar).
Cost is $150/session. 
                                   
Coaches… Anyone interested in volunteering as a Head Coach, Assistant coach, Manager, or trainer must fill out the MMHA online Coaching
Application and provide MMHA with a RCMP Criminal Record Check including the Enhanced Vulnerable Sector Check (EVSC) upon first application and now only every 3 years thereafter.
  • Coaches and other team officials are also responsible for making sure they have all their proper certifications
  • MMHA will be providing the necessary SHA clinics in the fall of 2023 (pending).
  • There will be only 1 coach per team selected prior to the selection of teams.
  • There will be a mandatory Coaches, Assistants & Managers Meeting via Zoom
  • Application deadline for all coaching staff positions is Sept 10th

All MMHA Registered Hockey Sask Team Officials
(Head Coach, Assistants, Managers and Trainers)
must have the following Hockey Sask Certifications by Nov 30th of the current year.
 
To sign up for any of the clinics must be done online with Hockey Sask prior to attending any clinic. MMHA do not take the registrations.
